Over the last few years some friends and former coworkers of mine have been chipping away at remastering the Telltale Sam & Max games, after buying the games and assets from Telltale when the company died spectacularly in 2018. We did a physical release last year which I got to do all the design work on, and I finally got mine and opened it today... It turned out way better than I was expecting. (I didn't expect the little cardboard inserts for each layer!)
I'm pleased to note that even https://dolphin.town, my Mastodon server where the only letter you are allowed to post is "e", has seen increased activity in the last few days.
Thanks Eeeeelon!
Of course switching to distroless isn't really drop in, if you depend on things like HEALTHCHECK
On the very slim chance you use envoyproxy/envoy-alpine anywhere in your stack, you should know they quietly dropped support for Alpine in favor of Distroless.
To have known about this change, you'd have to have followed every commit to their repo. They sure didn't announce it anywhere else, including on dockerhub where the now-discontinued image lives on, growing increasingly out of date.
Oh man oh man oh man oh man -- the Ingenuity Helicopter on #Mars swung over and took a view of the backshell and parachute used to land Perseverance on Mars! It is so cool what we can get up to when we have a little drone accompanying our rovers. #JPL #Mars #Astronomy #Perseverance #Space #Science

Today’s Bee probably has me beat, though. 33 words in, but the pangram is eluding me and time is running out.
I'm the instance admin for idlethumbs.social, and do occasional tech stuff for idlethumbs.net.
By day I'm a software and devops engineer, and I refuse to hashtag either of those because it feels hateful.
